New students enroll in the Master of Arts in Education program throughout the year in the fall, 春季和夏季学期. It is recommended that students apply for admission at least four weeks prior to the term they wish to enroll.
Candidates who earned their bachelor's degree in the United States must have attended a regionally accredited college or university with a recommended minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale).

Candidates with degrees earned from foreign institutions must have a course-by-course evaluation completed with degree verification by an approved credential evaluation service as part of the BW application process.
